Amazingly nice staff, had quite comfortable stay!!!

Everything was nice at this absolutely charming hotel. Our room was outstanding and large, available with table/chairs and a separate bedroom, for instance. Their food was good with a huge variety of meals. All the services were fantastic.

The room was a nice size and huge, with a separate bedroom and plenty of space. Bonus points for having a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. - the location is absolutely perfect and convenient, close to everything.

Particularly good and excellent location, next to Joseph Smith Memorial Building, loved this place. Unique, comfy room with a separate bedroom as well as table/chairs.

Incredibly nice staff, and good food!!!

The great location for the price, really close to Salt Lake City, the Family history Library, and Harmon's incredibly lovely grocery store. Also, close to the center. A great selection of goodies for breakfast...

Place was wonderful and charming, loved the stay.

The location was central, not far from restaurants and the activities that go on in downtown Salt Lake. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Taste of Red Iguana, offering food to go.

I requested a queen room with a separate bedroom and table/chairs, and they pleasantly accommodated my request.

The rooms were large and huge, with central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. A handy kitchenette was a plus.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel as it allowed us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. It was so convenient and saved us a lot of time and hassle. Another great thing about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and provided us with everything we needed. The quiet atmosphere was also a big plus as we were able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances. And let's not forget about the delicious and plentiful breakfast that was included in our stay. It was the perfect way to start our day. I had a great experience at Carlton and would highly recommend it.

The only drawback I can think of is that parking is not available for guests. Additionally, the tub/shower had a smooth bottom which made it quite slippery, especially for older individuals.

Convenient central location near major attractions like Temple Square, City Creek Shopping Mall, and Harmon's grocery store. Separate restaurant downstairs and dining options like Costa Vida within a short walking distance.

Great food and AMAZING service! the staff here is super helpful - they really go above and beyond. Plus, it's so convenient being close to a grocery store, the city center, and Temple Square 🌟.

My stay at the Carlton was made all the more enjoyable by the accommodating and helpful staff. When I arrived, I had a small issue which was promptly resolved by the desk clerk. The room itself was clean and spacious, with updated furnishings. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the downtown area and visit Temple Square. The friendly desk clerks were also a highlight of my experience.

One final note, however, was that the ice machines were broken during my stay. I hope this is a fixable issue for future guests.

The bathrooms are very small.

Location: the hotel was very close to shopping malls and food court, a seperate restaurant downstairs, and downtown Salt Lake City. Mykonos, where you can eat good food, was set 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were unique and reasonably large, the staff were superfriendly. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge.

The breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety of breads, cereals, and a bowl of fruit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The location was convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance of local attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained.

The shuttle service to the Family History Library was limited, with only two shuttles per day and none on Sundays. The advertised "shuttles throughout the day" was misleading.
